About
I’m a product designer who cares deeply about how things work for the people using them.
I’m particularly interested in how human behaviour, product systems, and trust interact, and how thoughtful design decisions shape the way people experience digital products.
I came to product design after eight years working across brand, CRM, and customer experience in a startup environment. This gave me a broad view of how people move through products over time, and shaped how I think about users, product systems, and business goals together.
Both sides of the equation
I care about the person using the product and the business depending on it. In my experience, the two are more aligned than people think.
Instinct and evidence
I try to balance intuition with data. The most interesting design decisions usually live somewhere between the two.
Quality in the details
I take quality seriously, and believe the small things are often what shape whether a product feels trustworthy.
Thoughtful strategy takes time
Some of my best learning has come from giving things time to perform, then sitting with what actually happened.
I enjoy working in collaborative teams that value craft and straight-talking — where curiosity is welcomed, ideas are given room to grow, and thoughtful product decisions are made together.
